Pran Mudra for Grounding the Root Chakra

Pran mudra is another mudra or hand gesture you can use to stimulate the root chakra. In this mudra simply touch the tip of the thumb to the tips of the ring and pinkie fingers. Pran mudra can be used for up to 30 minutes each day. It is said that Pran mudra can help improve vision, but keep in mind that to gain this benefit takes consistent practice over time.
